Tuli offers easy 7 day replacements. If you would like to exchange your purchase with different size(s) and/or if you have received damaged/incorrect products, please contact us at email@example.com along with your order details, requirements, and photographs within 7 days of receiving your order. Our policy lasts 7 days upon delivery. We will not be able to offer replacements after a period of 7 days after the delivery of your purchase.
To be eligible for an exchange/replacement, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it/them. The items you want to return must also be in the original inner and outer packaging, with all the original enclosed documentation and attached tag(s). Used and/or damaged product(s) cannot be replaced.
According to our company policy, shipping is free on purchase of the product but unfortunately not on returns. Any items approved for replacement shall be mailed to us at your expense to the following address:

Your returned items will be inspected for eligibility upon receipt. Inspection can take 2-3 days. Once verified and approved, we will dispatch the replacement(s) immediately. We will not charge you for shipping of the replacement merchandise. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Note: If you are shipping item(s) over Rs. 5000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item as it depends on the carrier/service you will be using.
Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged:
- Products that are intimate or sanitary goods.
- Gift cards/vouchers.
- Items purchased under 'Sale', 'Deals', 'Discounts', 'Bespoke' and/or 'Special'.
Refunds (if applicable):
Tuli does not offer refunds against any sold products. Any sold merchandise is eligible for exchange under replacement only.
Additionally, no refunds will be given in the following cases:
- Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
- Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.
- After 3 failed delivery attempts by our respective courier agent.
- Package refused by recipient.
- Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
- Minor color and design variation. All products are handmade so there may be some variation from the photographs on our website.
