Brain child of fashion designer Pallavi A. Agrawal, Tuli was created with an aim to fill in the wide gap in the fashion industry of amazing, trendy, stylish yet comfortable, everyday cotton clothing.
Majority of the designs offered by Tuli are made with 100% high grade cotton using azo free dyes. Tuli's signature style lies in the use of its custom made, authentic Jaipur hand block prints, and intricately hand embroidered designs.
Every design by Tuli is created with passion, hand crafted using the finest materials by expert artisans with flawless stitching and fit, so you get only the best.
Tuli is exclusively available online, however in special cases meetings can be arranged with the designer for a personal visit to her Design Studio in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
Yes, you may change/cancel your orders if they have not been shipped at the time of your request.

We have put numerous technical safe guards in our system to avoid a situation where your ordered item(s) is/are out of stock or unavailable. However, in a very unlikely situation if we do run out of stock, we will process and order with our production team to immediately start production of your item(s). In such cases our customer care team would get in touch with you informing you about the possible delay. At that point, you can choose to accept the delay or cancel the order.
If you choose to cancel an order because of the delay and have pre-paid for it, a refund request will be initiated and your amount will be refunded directly to your debit/credit card account.
If you have pre-paid using bank transfer, you will need to provide banking details to our customer care team to successfully initiate the refund.
In case both the above options are unavailable, store credit in form of discount codes will be provided to you, which will include the full value of the refund that can be used immediately against any of your next purchases at www.lovetuli.com.
All types of refunds usually take around 7-10 working days from the date of refund approval.
Cash on delivery (COD) orders are exempted from refunds as the payment has not been made yet.

All orders are created and dispatched via. major branded carriers with tracking numbers. In rare cases when a tracking number is not provided, our customer care team can assist you in finding the location of the package and the estimated time of delivery.
Store credit is provided in codes that are sent to your registered e-mail ID. You can use the codes during check-out in the discount column and the entire value of the code will be deducted from your order total. In case the value of your order is less than the value of the code, you can request another code with our customer care team and a fresh new code will be sent to your registered e-mail ID.

All orders placed at LoveTuli.com are processed and dispatched with-in 48 working hours. Depending on your location, the delivery time can vary. Orders to major metropolitan cities can reach as quickly as within 2-3 days and can take up to 7-10 days to reach remote addresses.
Each Tuli item is packaged carefully in its own individual branded box and wrapping. Our dispatch team and logistics partners will decide on the best method of clubbing items and packaging depending on the quantity of your order. Our teams will do their best to dispatch all products in as less number of shipments as possible for your convenience.
We offer you multiple payment options via payment gateways such as PayU Money for credit/debit card payments and net banking for direct bank deposits. If you choose payment modes (subject to availability) other than Cash on Delivery our trusted payment gateway partners keep your transaction details safe using secure encryption technology.
Yes, we also accept Cash on Delivery on select orders from India to selected pincodes.
When you place a cash on delivery order, you will receive a confirmation call from our sales and/or dispatch team. COD orders are only dispatched upon successful confirmation. You will receive an automated call from our team to confirm/cancel the order. If you miss the call, our team with attempt to contact you once every day for the following three days. The order will be automatically cancelled at the fourth attempt in case of an unsuccessful confirmation.
All authentic Tuli apparel come with tear-able wash care instructions sewn in the inseam of the items. We recommend you follow the instructions carefully to avoid damaging, and to keep your amazing Tuli design looking like new.
In rare cases if your item did not come with any wash care tag for some reason, you can refer to the following instructions:
Cotton (w/ No Embroidery) - Machine wash up to 40C/104F only. Do not tumble dry, Do not bleach. Do not wring. Medium iron. Dry cleanable.
Cotton (w/ Embroidery) - Dry clean only.
All items are pre-washed to avoid color fading and bleeding, however, it is still possible due to the nature of the fabric and colors, so do not wash with whites.

Once you have created an account on www.lovetuli.com you cannot edit the account details. You will need to contact us by writing an e-mail requesting the changes. Similarly you will need to inform us in case you wish to unsubscribe from our services. However you can edit your shipping address yourself by logging into your account.
